The act of bending the knee itself is simple. However, it becomes difficult because it goes against intuition.

As a premise, bending your knee while standing upright essentially means lifting your leg. Due to action and reaction, your upper body naturally lowers. After that, your body begins to fall under gravity. As a result, you would land in a squatting position, which goes against human reflexes. When landing, humans instinctively extend their legs. In this way, being forced to perform an action that contradicts instinct makes you hesitate to bend your knee.

To bend your knee, you should first create a state where your body does not fall even if you bend it.

If bending your knee while standing causes your body to drop, then conversely, as long as your body
