There is a mechanism where sweating and rising body temperature reduce concentration.
When humans think, electrical signals are exchanged in the brain. Minerals such as sodium and potassium are essential for this process. The problem is that when you sweat, these substances are lost from your body along with sweat. While you can address this by consuming these nutrients, digestion and absorption take some time. Therefore, it is best to take in these nutrients about one hour before you start exercising, such as on your way to the skatepark.
