Ramp Fakie Tail Stall I want to Revert

Backside Revert

Mechanism / Why It Happens

If your body does not lead the movement, the board will catch or you will get thrown backward.

For the frontside version, refer to this Tip (Link). One principle common to all reverts is that your body must lead and begin moving down the ramp first. After a brief delay, rotate the board so that it slides underneath your body. If your body does not lead enough, your body may lag behind or your axis may lean too far, preventing you from getting fully over the board and causing you to get thrown backward.

What to Do

Lead with your body while lowering your gaze, then delay the board and slide it down from the coping.

Your line of sight is especially important on the backside version. Lower your gaze toward your back
