Front Foot Height and Rocket Flips
Mechanism / Why It Happens
Rocket flips are caused by lifting your front foot too high
There are many reasons why you might lift your front foot too high—fear causing you to keep distance from the board, or the rebound from a strong pop lifting your foot excessively.
