Use your whole body's downward motion to maximize the force against the ground
To move forward more strongly, you need to push harder against the ground, but using only your leg strength is not enough to generate sufficient force. As explained in another Tip (Link), once you can place your weight on your front foot, swing your back leg up and transfer force to the ground by lowering your entire body to maximize your pushing power.
