Mechanism / Why It Happens
Taking too much time in a crouch makes it biomechanically harder to jump high.
When you crouch, your tendons and muscles are stretched, and immediately applying force afterward allows you to maximize output. However, the longer you stay crouched, the more that stored energy dissipates, and to jump upward you must generate entirely new force again from scratch.

What to Do
Crouch deep and jump immediately = maximum jump power.
This mechanism—where force is maximized by stretching the body and immediately jumping—is called the

Comparing with others is effective for checking timing.
It is difficult to judge whether your timing is good or bad just by watching your own video. In the Motion Analyzer, you can play two videos side by side. You can also load videos published by other people, so make use of this feature.
